If you wish to control the users ability to NOT perform a next step following the creation of a specific item (ex when creating a New Account) add the following setting.
Setting Name: QuickActionsStopActionsFortheseLists
Setting Value: A list of list names, each on a separate line
With the above Setting in place the Next Step will look as follows with whatever Next Steps you have selected to follow on from the creation of a New Account item.
Without the Accounts list added to the Setting the default Next Step will be as shown below.
Note: The user of course may just click a New Item and then cancel from there but this method encourages the use of a Next Step.
