The following pop-up may appear when using Internet Explorer – it happens when the content copied to the email Body is too long. This is a browser limitation, which is approximately 2,000 characters for IE.
Clicking “OK” will copy the item details and content to the user’s clipboard. Outlook will then open and the entire Interaction details can be pasted into the message body.
