Multiple Campaign Result Codes

This feature was released April 2016.

This enhancement to the current single Result system enables multiple results to be set up per campaign. See the setup routines outlined below.

There are a number of steps to follow:

  1. Add the following field columns to the Campaign Results list (you can change the name after the fields are entered using these internal names):
  • Result1 (Multiline Plain Text column)
  • Result2 (Multiline Plain Text column)
  • Result3 (Multiline Plain Text column)
  • Result1 Date (Date column)
  • Result2 Date (Date column)
  • Result3 Date (Date column)
  1. Add the following field columns to the Campaigns list (you can change the names after the fields are entered using these names):
  • Result1 Codes (Multiline Plain Text column)
  • Result2 Codes (Multiline Plain Text column)
  • Result3 Codes (Multiline Plain Text column)
  1. Add an item to the Form Sections for the Campaigns list as follows:
  • Result Codes pinned

  1. Add the “Result Codes” header and columns to the Campaign New/Edit forms as shown:

  2. Add a header and columns to the Campaign Display Form as shown:

Now when you update the results for individuals there are two methods to do so:

  • Individually
  • Group

Note: There is a maximum of 3 Results allowed with this system. The basic system allows for one only. When these fields are added the new form as above will be launched.

Follow these steps to add Multiple Result Codes to your campaigns.

Setting Up Steps

  1. Remove the setting “CampaignResultCodes” as this applies to a single Result code system.
  2. Add 3 Multiple Lines of Text fields as “Result1 Codes”, “Result2 Codes” and “Result3 Codes” in the Campaigns List.

Once the column fields have been added as outlined above the names can be changed.

Once this new scheme is implemented you can remove the Setting “CampaignResultCodes” as this system replaces the original single result system.
