Once the Outlook Plugin is installed, it becomes an intrinsic part of Outlook. You can see it in most windows of Outlook: the Viewing Pane, New Email message and Reply to Email windows.
If the Plugin suddenly disappears, it is most likely because the user has clicked “OK” when asked by Outlook to disable the Add-In.
- In Outlook, navigate to COM Add-Ins.
- Check to see if the “SharePoint Flex Plugin” appears in this list. If it does not appear at all, then it is not installed and you must reinstall the Plugin. Otherwise check it off and click OK.
- The Outlook Plugin Toolbar should now reappear.
If you are experiencing the Outlook Plugin being disabled by Outlook repeatedly, please refer to this Office Blog - https://blogs.office.com/2012/10/08/take-control-of-your-outlook-2013-add-ins/ and this Blog post by Diane Poremsky, Microsoft MVP and author, -http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/always-load-an-outlook-addin/.

Plugin Log File
A log file is created for every user that has the Plugin installed. The file is called “flexplugin.txt” and can be found in the Documents folder of the user’s computer.
If required by LookOut support, please send this file for troubleshooting.
