When an Email is saved using the Outlook Plugin it will display in a Sub Grid. However the Sub Grid will not provide enough information to be useful. Setting up the Data Viewer for the Sub Grid or by using a Filtered List to the Flex Email list will be most useful for this type of information display.
Data Viewer
Review the section on the Data Viewer to ensure it is set up correctly.
Email Attachments
The Email Sub-Grid displays an attachment Icon if there are attachments present in the saved Outlook message. Simply click the icon to view the attachment(s).
Note: The icon uses an image (Attachment.png) which must be available in the ImageList in Flex. Older versions of the software may not have this image file. Send an email to support@lookout-software.com to request a copy of the file.
Filtered List
For details on setting up the Filtered List feature which can be added to any Sub Grid search this Guide. With this feature the Emails Sub Grid will display the items for that Account/Contact only.
