Use the Date and Time column option to set up a default date for your input forms. If you don’t need to track the time, make sure you select “Date Only” – it creates a less cluttered look on your forms.
Matching Local and Regional Time
Flex is time independent. Please ensure Regional Settings (Time Zone) for Flex sub-site under Site Actions > Settings > Site Administration are set correctly.
