Often an email (.msg file) is not required as the communication is for historical/reporting purposes. When an email is sent or received it can be converted into an Interaction which copies all the details into a text based format.
Alternatively, use the “Save Email to Flex” option to save the actual email. To also create an interaction with a link to the email simply follow the process and in the follow up window click Create an Interaction.
