Highlight Overdue Tasks

A second highlight scheme for colour coding of Overdue Tasks is also available (in Sub-Grids only.)

This option allows the highlighting and bold font face of overdue items in the Tasks Sub-Grid. Tasks that do not have a “Completed” status and a “Due Date” in the past will be highlighted as per the colours specified.

Note: The colour coding of Overdue Tasks is not currently available while in a List View.

  1. Add the following Advanced Flex Setting to enter the values of the foreground and background colours displayed. To change the colour of the highlight, simply modify the value with the colours of your choice. Both standard SharePoint colours and HEX values may be used.
