In order to ensure that changes and additions to Advanced Flex Settings take place immediately click the “Reset application cache” link under Performance as shown below when a new setting is added or an existing one is changed.
If your setting isn’t functioning check the syntax and naming convention, and ensure the Application Cache has been reset.
