When a Task is converted from an email using the Flex Plugin the following box will appear by default. The choices presented are defined in the “Task Type” Column in the Tasks List Settings.
The Task Type option in the Create Task can be turned off if desired. Add the following Advanced Flex Setting:
Setting Name: OutlookPluginGetTaskType
Setting Value: True/False (Default is True)
The default Setting Value is True. Use a “False” Setting Value to disable the Select Type window:
Note: If this Setting is not present, the default behavior will apply which is True.
