Each Flex list can take advantage of this powerful feature which walks the user from one action to the next. As one action is completed a list of next Actions is presented from the Quick Actions form (see example below).
In addition to being presented as one action is completed, this feature is available throughout Flex as a way to quickly create new items and process information.
This Setting controls which actions appear on the Quick Actions form. There are a number of considerations which must be made when setting this up for a new list item or editing an existing list item.
