From the SharePoint Ribbon Bar the ability to Print a list view is available in Flex with the February 2018 update or later.
If the user is a Full Control User they will also have access to the Advanced Settings list from the Ribbon as well.
Note: There is no restriction on users being able to print the list as this function is available from right mouse on a page.
To use simply click on the List Tab.
Instantly you will receive the contents of the view which was chosen in a printable format.
