This Setting determines which fields and their values will auto populate into an Outlook email message when the Send via Email feature is used.
Below is an example of an Opportunity item’s values which are transferred to Outlook for further processing. This Flex feature can be used for an array of purposes in your business. Each list can be configured to use this feature and the field values for each list item configured as required.

Setting Value must include the Subject and Body on a separate line with field names to be copied, separated by commas. See below for syntax screen shots.
