Shortcut links to external URL addresses can be added to the Wizard. This example includes links to Google and the SharePoint Flex website for demonstration purposes.
To enable URL links, add this Setting, making sure to use the specified format for the Setting Value:
Setting Name: WizardNewItemAdditionalLinks
Setting Value: [link text]|[image file URL]|[website URL]
Example: Go to Google|map.png|http://google.com
Example: Flex Knowledge Base|flex.ico|http://www.sharepointflex.com.
Syntax: Name to Show | Image Name (add to ImagesList) | Web address
Note: By default, the system will look in the ImageList for the image file name, UNLESS a specified URL image link (starting with “http”) is entered. If you do not add the image address the item will not show in the Wizard. The image icons in the Wizard are 16px x 16px.
