SharePoint Flex comes with a base User Dashboard (Web Part) but any number of Dashboards can be created for reporting purposes or Information Summaries. The possibilities are only limited by imagination.
In our Demo site we have a myriad of Web Part Pages set up, such as Executive Reports Dashboards (available only to Executives), Alert Reminders, Team Activity Dashboards etc. See below for screen examples.

- Select the type of Web Part desired within the “Categories” section, click on “Lists and Libraries”.
- Locate the Links & Resources list (denoted with a hyperlink icon). If you do not see this selection, use the arrows to scroll forward/back.
- Once selected, indicate which column the Web Part is to be inserted into, then click “Add”.
- Once the Web Part is inserted, click the checkbox to the far right, then the arrow directly beside it to launch the Web Part menu.
- Scroll to the right to view the Web Part editor options, select “Edit Web Part”.
- Once the editor is displayed, you can change the Title and other settings by expanding the“Appearance” tab:
