When using the Outlook Plugin to convert an email to an Interaction, and then from the Outlook Plugin follow up screen the Create Task is selected, it did not previously copy the Interaction details into the Task as it does when these same steps are performed using Flex itself. With the July 2016 or later update this process now works when using the Outlook Plugin.
Should your site have a different term for “Next Task Date” field (in the case of language conversion) and you wish to use this feature, add the following Setting with the term you are using.
Setting Name: [ListName]NextTasklDateColumnName
Setting Value: add the name of the Next Task Date in your Flex Site
