The Advanced Search (also called “List Builder”) contains the functionality to cross search an Account list with a Contact list and has the capacity to set up an Advanced Search/List Builder for Leads. For the cross list searching of an Account/Contact, as an example, you could create a list of Contacts tagged “Receive Newsletter” for Accounts tagged “Prospective Account”.
This Flex Search can use “and/or” parameters separately for Accounts and Contacts so that you can perform more advanced and flexible search functions.
If your results are not as expected, please check your use of the “and” and “or” parameters.
Search results can be Added to a Campaign, Exported to Excel, Sent to Outlook or Added to MailChimp.
