Once the Importer/Updater is installed you will need a license key from support@lookout-software.com. Follow these instructions when you receive it:
- Go to “Advanced Flex Settings”.
- In the Importer/Updater section, select “Add/Update”:
- Enter the License Key provided in the box.
- Now the license key needs to be entered via an Advanced Flex Setting. Locate the “ImporterUpdaterLicenseKey” Setting from the list and click to “Edit”. If it does not exist, select “Add New Setting” and enter the Setting name, as shown below.
Setting Name: ImporterUpdaterLicenseKey (or ImporterUpdaterLicenceKey)
Setting Value: [License Key provided]
- Click “Save” then “Reset Application Cache”.
