If you would like to see the Opportunity Probability status show on a slider as shown below then follow the instructions laid out. This feature was added on October 2015.
This feature is automatically applied if there is a field set up called Probability. To stop this behavior add this setting with a value of True.
Setting Name: OpportunitiesProbabilityTextOnly
Setting Value: True/False (default is False which means the slider is showing)
The field that is required for this feature to work must be set up in this fashion with a numbering sequence in increments of 10 to 100 as shown below or anywhere in the range of 0-30, 31 to 70 and 71 to 100, as the code will use this method:
There is a setting that can be applied if another name than “Probability” is used. See the list of Settings below.
There are a number of settings that can be applied because of the color changes that will be required.
Probability Field Name
This Setting is only required should you be using a different field name than “Probability”.
Setting Name: OpportunitiesProbabilityColumnName
Setting Value: Name of the field to use for this feature
Probability Slider Colors
The Defaults for the slider are shown below. To change these colors add the following settings. Without the Settings the defaults will be applied.
Setting Name: OpportunitiesProbability0to30Color
Setting Value: Probability color (default is red/#ff0000)
Setting Name: OpportunitiesProbability31to70Color (default is yellow/#ffff00)
Setting Value: Probability color (default is yellow/#ffff00)
Setting Name: OpportunitiesProbability71to100Color
Setting Value:Probability color (default is green/#00ff00)
