This section covers the Advanced Search and Campaign functionality of Flex.
Flex is not a marketing software, but it does provide the necessary features and functions to support a variety of marketing initiatives.
The marketing functionality in Flex consists of these components:
- An Advanced Search to create a list of Contacts based on queries using Contacts and Account field values.
- A Saved Search function within the Advanced Search to automate the retrieval of regularly used criteria.
- An Export to Excel function from AdvancedSearch or Campaign list items..
- A Send to Outlook function where small list results (less than 50) can be sent to Outlook’s BCC field at one time.
- A Campaigns list where Search results can be added to Campaign items for tracking campaign results, storage and later retrieval.
- A Campaign Result list where items can be displayed for Accounts and Contacts to track their individual or collective involvement in Campaigns via a Sub Grid.
- An Export to Mail Chimp function from Advanced Search or Campaign items.
- Duplicate an existing Campaign Item.
- Manage Results by Campaign with custom result fields.
