There are a variety of areas where the Copy to Clipboard functionality is present in Flex. If there is an individual field then the feature simply copies that one piece of information.
The Copy to Clipboard feature is both available as shown in the screen shots below but also is available for all fields enabled on Display forms when hovering over the text values.
If you wish to use the Account or Contact Copy to Clipboard feature use the following settings to set up which fields will be copied.
Setting Name: AccountsAddressColumnMappings
Setting Value: Define the fields and the layout that the Copy to Clipboard should use
The above setting will copy the following details to the Clipboard when the Account value “Copy to Clipboard” is used.

In order to set up the Contact’s Copy to Clipboard feature add the following Setting:
Setting Name: ContactsAddressColumnMappings (or “ContactAddressColumnMappings”)
Setting Value: The fields to be copied to clipboard.
