This section covers several areas that involve viewing saved email messages and email in general. Flex uses the Email List, a SharePoint Document Library for storing messages saved using the Outlook Plugin.
The following Column fields are required to ensure all email details are properly saved.
Note: If the name of the Accounts List has been changed to another name, be sure to use that name instead.
The following screenshot shows a sample List View of the Email Document Library:
Saved email messages can be opened from the Sub-Grid by clicking the hyperlink, or by using the Data Viewer.
It is faster and more efficient to view email details with the Data Viewer than clicking to open from the Sub-Grid.
