Create New Leads from the Create New Item Wizard on the Dashboard or Create New Item Quick Link:
Upon selecting the option to Create a New Lead, the system will launch a search box prior to entry – this is to prevent duplications of existing Flex items. Enter, at least, two characters to begin the search.
At this point the user can either select one of the existing items or click Create New to proceed with the new Lead item:
After entering the Lead details and saving the item, the Quick Actions window provides easy access for any follow-up entries.
