Also Show Connected Items
The Sub-Grid displays items directly related to the displayed record by default. By enabling this property, additional items that are not directly related but instead connected to this displayed item will also be shown.
Show Connected Items Only
This property overrides the default of displaying directly related items, and if enabled will restrict the contents of the Sub-Grid to displaying only “connected” items (Connected Accounts, Contacts, Interactions, etc.)
Show Connection Reason Column
If the Sub-Grid is set to display connected items there may also be a custom set of Connection Reason options that are set up in the Advanced Settings. To display that value in the Sub-Grid click to enable this property:

The option to edit the Connection Reason will appear in the pop-up Quick Action icons:
If selected the user can edit the Connection Reason in the pop-up:
Do Not Allow Connection Creation
This property disables the option to add new connections from the Sub-Grid:
With this property selected the hyperlink shown below will NOT appear:
Do Not Allow Disconnecting Items
There may be times when users should not be able to disconnect items. This property disables the “Disconnect” Quick Action icon on Sub-Grid items:
With this property enabled, a Connection icon appears when the user hovers the mouse over the line item with a tooltip message:
An example of when not to allow users to disconnect items would be when Campaign Results are displayed in a Sub-Grid connected to a Contact. You would not want users to be able to disconnect these connected items in this manner.
