Once the list name has been changed using the Advanced Settings “Change a List Name” feature the URL name will remain the same. In order to change the URL address name, you must use SharePoint Designer.

Next you will want to change the form URLs (also using SharePoint Designer). These are located in the list properties for the “Item” content type. Change all of the form URLs as shown below to reflect your new list name.
