Each list has its own QuickActions Advanced Flex Setting item. ([ListName]NewFollowup will also work).

Setting Value: [ListName]|[Item to Attach to]|[Prompt text]
The Quick Actions feature is also be enabled on the following components of Flex:
- Item Summary (A)
- Recently Viewed items (B)
- Display Pages (C)
- Sub-Grids (D)
- Quick Search (E)
Disabling Quick Actions
To prevent Quick Actions from launching for any list, either delete the specific Setting or change the name so Flex will not recognize it.
