Setting Name Syntax

Setting names have NO spaces between each word. Each word is capitalized for ease of reading. For example, if the Setting name is “AccountsAccountsConnectionReasons” then it must be entered this way and not as “Accounts Accounts Connection Reasons”.

It is vitally important that Setting naming conventions be explicitly followed in structure and value syntax. Incorrectly composed settings will prevent the feature from working.

See below for some examples.

All Settings that are operational will have a Value set. Settings that are not used will either have a blank value or will not be present.

The majority of Mapping Settings have a default value and therefore if the default is suited to your business needs there is no need to add them. You will find full descriptions of Settings as they apply to features outlined in this Admin Guide.
