The Create New Search Wizard has a number of configurable features that can be applied to suit your number of items the best. Review them here:
Number of Columns
By default, the Wizard is set to display three (3) columns whether this setting exists or not. To change the default behavior, add the following Setting and set the value appropriately.
Setting Name: WizardNewItemNumberOfColumns
Setting Value: [# of desired columns to be displayed]
Changing the Setting Value to 4 will render the following result:
Sorting Direction
The default sort direction is Ascending whether this setting exists or not. To change the default behavior add this Setting and set the Value to Descending.
Setting Name: WizardNewItemSortDirection
Setting Value: Ascending / Descending
Using the Setting Value “Descending” will sort in reverse order (Z-A) as shown below:
Specific Order
The default order for the Wizard items to appear whether this setting exists or not is alphabetical. To order the Wizard List items in a specific order, add the following Setting.
Setting Name: WizardNewItemItemOrder
Setting Value: [List Names], each on a separate line
